Terms of sale
This translation is provided for information purposes. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
These terms govern purchases made on impulss.es. Please read them before ordering; by confirming your order you declare that you have read and accepted them.
1. Seller

2. Scope
We sell disposable compressed wipes in various packaging formats to consumers and businesses. For now we ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe will be available soon.
3. Products
We describe each product as accurately as possible. Photographs are for guidance and there may be slight differences in colour or presentation.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart and on the checkout page before you confirm your order. The price in force at the time of ordering applies.
5. How to buy
- Add the products to your cart.
- At checkout, enter your billing and shipping details. If you need an invoice in a company’s name, also enter its name and tax ID.
- Review the summary, accept these terms and click «Place order».
- You will receive a confirmation email with the order summary, the bank transfer details and the invoice.
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order. We archive the electronic order document; you can view it in your customer account or ask us for a copy. The contract language is Spanish.
6. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer. Please use your order number as the payment reference. If we do not receive payment within 7 calendar days, the order may be cancelled. We prepare the shipment as soon as we receive the payment.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship your order to the address you provide, with an estimated delivery time of [2–5] working days after receipt of payment. Please check the parcel on delivery. More information under shipping & returns.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent by email to [Contact email], stating your order number. You may use the model form at the end of these terms, but this is not mandatory.
You must send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 calendar days of receiving your notice, by bank transfer. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back.
Hygiene exception: under Article 103(e) of the Spanish consumer protection law, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. This applies to opened individual sachets.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
9. Warranty
The products carry the statutory three-year conformity guarantee from delivery, under Articles 114 et seq. of the Spanish consumer protection law. If a product arrives damaged or is not as described, write to us with photos and we will offer a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
10. Business purchases
If you buy as a business or professional, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Supply conditions, volume prices and lead times may be agreed individually in writing.
11. Customer service and complaints
You can contact us at [Contact email] or via the contact page. We answer complaints as quickly as possible and in any case within the statutory period of one month. Official complaint forms are available on request.
12. Data protection
We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
