Shipping & returns

Where we ship

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe will be available soon.

Delivery times

We prepare your order as soon as we receive your bank transfer. The estimated delivery time is [2–5] working days from then. We will email you when your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost is shown in the cart and on the checkout page before you confirm your order. [State the cost and, if applicable, the order value from which shipping is free]

When your order arrives

Please check the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged or something is missing, write to [Contact email] within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we will fix it at no cost to you.

Returns

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. This is how it works:

1. Write to [Contact email] stating your order number and the products you want to return.
2. We will send you the return address.
3. Send the products back within 14 calendar days. Return costs are borne by you.
4. We refund the amount, including standard shipping costs, by bank transfer within 14 calendar days.

For hygiene reasons, opened individual sachets cannot be returned. Full details are in the terms of sale.

Faulty products

If a product is faulty, we will replace it or refund your money and cover the shipping costs.
