What is a compressed wipe?
It is a disposable natural-fibre wipe pressed into a tablet. With a little water it unfolds into a 24 × 30 cm wipe, ready to use. They are also known as compressed towels or magic towels.
How do I use it?
Take the tablet out of the sachet, wet it with water and wait a few seconds for it to swell. Then unfold it with your fingers.
Can I use it with hot water?
Yes. With warm or hot water you get a hot damp wipe, like those offered in restaurants, spas or barber shops.
Is it biodegradable?
The wipe is: it is made of biodegradable natural fibre. The sachet is plastic and goes in the packaging recycling bin.
How long does it keep?
As long as the sachet is closed, the wipe stays dry and clean. Unlike wet wipes, it does not dry out over time.
Do you ship outside Spain?
For now we ship across Spain. Very soon to the rest of Europe too.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Once you confirm your order we send you the invoice with the payment details, and we ship as soon as we receive the amount.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?
Yes. Enter the company name and tax ID at checkout and the invoice will be issued in your company's name.
Do you have business prices?
Yes. Hotels, spas, restaurants, clinics, distributors and shops can request free samples and our volume pricing via the contact form.
Can I return an order?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, provided the products are unopened. You will find the details on our shipping & returns page.
